Founded in 1441 by Henry VI to provide daily worship in King's College Chapel, the Choir of King's College, Cambridge is one of the most celebrated choral ensembles in the world. Its annual Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols, broadcast on Christmas Eve since 1928, reaches millions of listeners across the globe. Under Director of Music Daniel Hyde the choir continues to record, tour internationally, and uphold a 600-year tradition of treble-led Anglican choral music.
