By accessing and using Spinn Radio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Spinn Radio is a free internet radio application that provides access to publicly available radio streams from around the world. The Service includes an interactive 3D globe interface, audio-reactive visualizations, curated playlists, and podcast playback.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
Redistribute or rebroadcast radio streams accessed through the Service

Radio Content

Spinn Radio does not own, produce, or control the radio streams available through the Service. All radio content is provided by third-party broadcasters and is accessed via publicly available streams. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of third-party radio streams.

User Accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree that any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Spinn Radio application, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is the property of DLM and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinn Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
