You can request the deletion of your Spinn Radio account and all associated data at any time. We are committed to respecting your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email, profile picture from Google sign-in)
Saved favorite stations
Listening history
Custom playlists and preferences
All session and authentication data

What Is Not Stored

Spinn Radio does not collect or store payment information, precise location data, or advertising identifiers. If you use the app without signing in, no personal data is stored on our servers.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: In-App

Open Spinn Radio, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@dlmradio.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Google sign-in. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once your account is deleted, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems. We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention or legal compliance), in which case the specific data and reason for retention will be disclosed to you.
