About Wounded Violets
Wounded Violets is a musical project based in Colorado, United States, and in Paris, France, formed by Elizabeth Aubert and Matthew Hunzeker. Matthew plays all of the instruments, and uses folk instruments played/tuned in minor keys to create an eerie, ambient sound, Elizabeth writes all the lyrics and with her enchanting voice sings. Wounded Violets is influence by traditional folk music, gothic music, classical, ambient, and experimental music.
