thisfamiliarsmile – are a four-piece rock band from Glasgow playing rock music full of irregular timings, complex structures, yet managing to keep their music cohesive and melodic. With influences stemming from The Cure right through to At The Drive In, thisfamiliarsmile have a healthy mix of styles that are evident from the first listen. The band’s first release was through Fierce Panda Records and this gave the band the chance to broaden their horizons
