About Strait Laces
The most exciting band to come out of the north west of Ireland this year is Strait Laces. Three young feisty lads making spiky-rock-pop, they always pack a punch with their music. Formed in early 2008 Strait Laces are considered to be a relatively new on the scene but are already wreaking havoc and delighting audiences all across Ireland and the UK. 2009 saw them playing Trans, Eurocultured and Liverpool Sound City Festivals and they've also supported the likes of Texan outfit White Denim and local heroes General Fiasco.
