"Californiaphobic" is Stella By Starlight's journeyman manifesto, dancing atop the gravestones of Nostalgia and Familiarity while at once mourning their passing. Born a blue-eyed cowboy in Austin, Texas, Stella By Starlight grew up in the Low Country of South Carolina.
