
About Niamh Ní Charra
Niamh Ní Charra is an Irish traditional fiddler, concertina player and singer. She spent 8 years touring with Riverdance, as their fiddler, but left the tour at Christmas 2005 to return to Ireland and record an album. Her debut album, Ón Dá Thaobh / From Both Sides was launched at the Gathering Festival in Killarney and released in Ireland on March 9th, 2007. It received much critical acclaim and was in Mojo's Top Ten Folk Albums for that year.
