About Mono Fontana
Mono Fontana stage name Juan Carlos Fontana (b. 1959 in Buenos Aires ) is a musician, multi-instrumentalist (drums ,piano, guitar, etc.) and singer of rock and jazz in Argentina. At age 10 he was already a professional musician and at 12 founded band Madre Atómica with Lito Epumer. Pedro Aznar joined later. Between 1977 and 1980 joined the band Los Desconocidos de Siempre, first playing drums and later, piano. In 1983 he joined the band of Luis Alberto Spinetta, with whom he recorded six albums.
