About Date Course Pentagon Royal Garden

Fronted and formed in 1999 by key players of the Japanese underground music scene, 菊地成孔 and guitarist Otomo Yoshihide, Date Course Pentagon Royal Garden was a jazz-rock ensemble expanding to over eleven members. They released their first two albums in 2001, the first being a split record with Rovo and the second their own work, Report from Iron Mountain. DCPRG disbanded in 2007.
