About Mastedon
Mastedon was a band formed by brothers Dino and John Elefante in the mid-80s. The band was formed mainly as a studio project and released two albums: It's a Jungle Out There and Lofcaudio. Some of the collaborators in the bands albums were Dave Amato (from Ted Nugent band and currently the guitarist for REO Speedwagon) and Stef Burnbaum (from Michael Bolton's touring band). Other band members were guitarist Kenny McCafferty, bassist John Pierce, drummer David Raven, and guest vocalists David Pack (Ambrosia) and Perry Lee (Tracer Fox).
