American contemporary christian music pop-rock band which formed in 1982. They are also listed as Whiteheart. White Heart, an American Christian rock group, began in 1982 with their debut album WHITE HEART and achieved one of the longest runs in the genre. Their consistent album releases extended until 1997 with the release of their final album, REDEMPTION, which marked their 13th album. Through these years they have been considered among the pioneers of Christian rock, and their popularity has not wavered, despite frequent personnel changes.
