
Jerry Irby (Gerald Irby, New Braunfels, Texas, October 20, 1917 - December 2, 1983) was an American Country singer. Jerry Irby recorded in famous Gold Star Studio of Houston (Texas) with Ted Daffan. Irby made solo recordings for Gulf, Globe, Mercury Records, Imperial Records, 4 Star, and MGM Records. His songs were recorded by Bob Wills and Bill Boyd. In 1948, he opened his Texas Corral Nite Club.
