(Earnest Woodall, Born July, 24 1959) is a American Composer. Born in Bayshore ,New York Long and Raised in Suburban Long Island took up guitar at the age of 10 inspired by Rock,Blues and Jazz Players of the day. A local teacher Peter Rogine introduced him to the music of Philip Glass, Steve Reich, John Adams and other artists as well as Miles Davis John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, and Joe Pass and The Coming of age music of Progressive Rock like Pink Floyd, Emerson, Lake and Palmer and Yes.
