About Diskanto
Post-Punk/New Wave band from Cremona (Italy) Band founded by Marco Turati and Loris Durando in 1985. First formation: Marco Turati voice and guitar, Loris Durando bass, Max Mondello drums and percussions, Mauro Ardenghi guitar and bass. Sound based on good post-punk/wave rythmns with politically oriented texts (expecially on civil and environmental issues). The band was able to play in important italian rock contests (like Arezzo Wave, Gazzuolo Rock Fest and Anagrumba) and to make remarkable concerts in many italian cities
