About Dieter Bohlen
Dieter Günter Bohlen (born February 7, 1954 in Berne near Oldenburg) is a German musician, producer and songwriter. In 1984 - 1987 and in 1998 - 2003 he was part of the pop duo Modern Talking as a producer, singer and songwriter. In 1986 - 1989 Bohlen was a producer and songwriter of disco queen C.C.Catch whom he discovered. After the first split-up of Modern Talking in 1987 he formed Blue System, which was basically an one-man group, since he was the lead singer, composer, arranger and producer.
