About Mark Medlock
Mark Leon Medlock (born July 9, 1978, in Frankfurt am Main) is a former German pop and soul-pop singer. He gained prominence as the winner of the fourth season of the casting show "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" (DSDS), which aired from January to May 2007 on the private television channel RTL. Over the course of his career, Medlock sold more than three million records, received an Echo award, and earned numerous other music honors, including multiple gold and platinum certifications.
