
Cheryl Seltzer, pianist, was a founder of the widely acclaimed Continuum Ensemble (New York) in 1966. She is the co-director of Continuum along with conductor and pianist, Joel Sachs.She has been active in modern and contemporary classical music since the 1960s. She studied with composers Darius Milhaud, Leon Kirchener and Lawrence Moss at Mills College. She debuted with the San Francisco Symphony, and performs as a soloist and ensemble player in both contemporary and traditional music.
