About Bjear
Bjear was birthed through the storytelling and imagery of Huldufólk - Icelandic elvish folklore. Aiming to musically recreate Reykjavik and Greater Iceland’s contrasting landscape of ferocious volcanic activity and gorgeous sweeping panoramas, Bjear aims to soothe, encourage, and offer respite to the heart, mind, and soul. In essence we put the ill in chill. BJÉAR is pronounced 'BYEAH' - with a soft J - and often yelled as a short, sharp, stand-alone staccato-esq phrase. eg. JT - 'I'm bringing sexy back... BJÉAR!'
