About Owls Of The Swamp
Owls of the Swamp is the work of one Pete Uhlenbruch, a Melbourne-based Iceland-obsessed musician and artist. His first release, the well-received, independently released 'Smoky Bay' (September 2007) indicated an ear for intimacy and atmosphere with layers of strings, woodwind and a choir fleshing out his songs of geography and personal journeys. His second 'Go With River' (July 2011) increased his profile. Despite spending 6 months living in berlin and touring Europe following it's release
