About Bernhard Haltenberger
Bernhard Haltenberger (6th August 1748 - 19th August 1780) was a German monastic composer. IBy 1765 he had been admitted to the Augustinian monastery at Weyarn as an initiate, becoming ordained in 1772. In 1768 he was appointed teacher there of violin and keyboard, later becoming regens chori until his death.
