Mushfiqur Rahim is a Bangladeshi cricket right-handed batter and wicket-keeper who has played for the national team since 2005. Batting predominantly in the middle order, he has scored the most career runs and has the highest average in Test cricket for Bangladesh, as of May 2026. Rahim also holds the record of most Test centuries for Bangladesh with 14, three of which were double centuries, along with nine One Day International (ODI) centuries. As a keeper, he has the most career dismissals for his country in ODIs. Rahim captained Bangladesh in Tests from 2011 to 2014, and in ODIs and Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) from 2011 to 2014.
