Haitian-American rapper Zoey Dollaz was born Elvis Millord in Miami, Florida in 1990. He moved around somewhat in his youth, relocating to Haiti for a time but returning to Miami in the 2010s. Rapping from an early age, his first mixtape was released in 2012 and various online singles followed as his profile grew.
