About Ziggy Was
Ziggy Was was a rock band from Greece. They were formed in Thessaloníki in 1992. Their music style is bit hard to define. One could call it a mixture of funk, punk and hardcore. In their first live appearances they were just the "opening" group, but managed to form a group of dedicated fans. Their line-up at that time was Panos in the guitar and the vocals, Lambros in the bass, and Kostas in the drums. In 1993 they released their demo Oilland (rather difficult to find now) which was generally applauded.
