About Young Steve
Young Steve's self-described "jerk pop" has been crafted in basements and clubs in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area since 2017. Beginning with 2018's Tell Your Neighbor Not to Worry, the group sold a brand of scrappy, noisy indie rock with moments of surprising melody, which was only refined further on 2019's split EP with New York's Nazca Plate, titled The Hyundai Tapes. 2019 also saw lineup rotations, a tour, graduations, and the release of their second LP, Cuba.
