About Young Bird
Young Bird started in July, 1997 at Prairie Island,Mn. Young Bird has had over 50 singers, and composed over 100 songs in the 11 years since they began. They travels to all parts of the US and Canada averaging 35 pow-wows a year. They have won numerous championships. Young Bird was nominated for "Best Native American Music Album" at the 44th Annual Grammy Awards.
