From High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, forming in 77 & eventually splitting in the early 80s after their lead singer went to prison, they left behind them a torrent of local graffitti and three 7 inch singles. The Xtraverts were High Wycombe’s premier punk band of the late 70s, alongside Zyklon B, Plastic People , relapse and the Jones Boys (later Red Beat).
