(X) Is Greater Than (Y) are... * Clutch Daisy - vocals, guitar * Simon Muttitt - bass * Alan MacDonald - cello, keyboards * Stephen Thomas - drums (X) Is Greater Than (Y) formed in the pre-millennial Autumn of 1999. Consisting of an Anglo-Scottish quartet, band members Alan Macdonald, Stephen Tromans, Simon Muttitt and Clutch Daisy, are ably augmented by the endeavours of light and film manipulator, Kapt. Spastik. The band rehearsed for over a year, notating formulae and strategies all the while.
