About World Renown
World Renown are a hip hop duo from Queensbridge, New York. Duo consisting of Seven Shawn (Cousin of K-Def) and John Doe (Cousin of Marley Marl). Their 1995 album "World Renown" got shelved by Warner Brothers, even though it received a 3.5 mics review in The Source. The album is said to be reissued some time in 2009.
