Wisconsin Built is the solo endeavor of Eric Charles Christenson. Wisconsin Built was formed in the fall of 2009 in Eau Claire, WI, as an extremely lo-fi, minimalist experimentation. It has stayed relatively the same way. Throughout the long winter of 2009/2010, Christenson holed up in different rooms and basements and recorded "Maps," a reverb-heavy, simple, travelogue through the despair of being stuck in a place and a routine.
