About Winterfold

Winterfold formed in the wake of the recently split band ‘Program’ in the last months of 2007. The instrumental threesome of ‘Program’: Charlie Doney, Ferg Simpson and Alex Oldroyd joined with James Hill and Josh Dally for Winterfold. Winterfold have had interest from Sony BMG, Universal, Chris Sutton (Paul McCartney, Mark Knopfler and Smokey Robinson). They have seen a growing popularity in Surrey and in parts of London. They have been booked at great venues such as Punk, Storm, Barfly, Purple Turtle among many others.
