About Wings Denied
Wings Denied became a cohesive unit in February 2012. Three months later, the band self-released the Awake EP and ran out of free Bandcamp downloads, being downloaded 200 times in less than 24 hours. After releasing their first EP, the band embarked on a 14-day East Coast tour, co-headlining with Canadian progressive trio The Isosceles Project. The Awake EP was well-received, and was called “truly progressive in a landscape of music where progressive is becoming a dirty word.
