Wimp Factor 14 were an indie-pop band based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1993. They recorded four singles and one album, with all but one of the singles released on Harriet Records. In the summer of 1992 the band toured the eastern U.S. with labelmates Crayon; the lineup for this tour was Frank Boscoe (vocals, ukulele), Rob Washburn (guitar), Kate Glicksberg (bass), and Gary Miklusek (drums). Tom Hoffman and Joelle Levitt shared the drumming duties on the album.
