Talented, charismatic jazz singer with a roaring voice, Wendee Glick arrived in 2002 with a strong debut album and an impressive pedigree in the arts. Based in the New England area, Glick grew to love jazz from her mother's career as a singer. She joined the choral troupe that put on the America's Youth in Concert tour, and soon was at the University of Lowell studying music. Growing a fondness for jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughn, Glick began to perform around her area and was soon a fixture in several New England jazz clubs.
