About Wellenstrom
Wellenstrom is a German musician, born in 1971. The name of his project contains two words - Wellen (waves) & Strom (river, current, stream, electricity). These words describe his passions. Electronic music, the sound of waves and living by the river. He grew up in the heart of the Ruhr Valley, a 5 Million-People-Melting-Pot in Germany, that's characterized by industry (coal mining and metal production). The industrial sounds there and the synthetic sounds of electronic music pioneers like Kraftwerk
