About Wasteland Jazz Unit
Wasteland Jazz Unit is the duo of John Rich and Jon Lorenz, on amplified reeds. For many traveling artists and musicians, the two are known as the curators and keepers of the Art Damage Lodge space in Cincinnati OH, as well as members of the Art Damage nonprofit organization and community radio program. However, WJU are no mere 'house band' -- from their first live performance, they have established themselves as a rising entity in Midwestern underground sound action.
