Warper is an indie rock band based in Loveland, Colorado, formed by Jack McManaman (vocals, guitar, bass and songwriting) and Adam Gilsdorf (drums). The group's sound is often described as "downer shoegaze," a blend of heavy, distorted instrumentation with melancholic lyrics that fuse elements of alternative rock, shoegaze, dream pop, slowcore, and emo. The band gained prominence in the Colorado indie and shoegaze scene through a series of singles and EPs
