The idea of The Waggers as a corporeal being was first conceived by a barbarian in early Visagothic Spain, this idea seemed almost too elementary and obvious at first, but as it had somehow never had a successful manifestation previously, the idea was not lost. At first it was thought that The Waggers would best be suited in the form of a large beast, which would be imposing enough to so they said "Bump the people on the head into infancy" with it's size
