Vlad Dobrovolski is a sound artist. Influenced by improvisation in contemporary art, his work expands outside of the sound world straddling different disciplines of interest. In the early 00s he had come out with collage music and impromptu recordings under Fitz Ellarald moniker for Amorfon Tokyo based label. Then he started to perform improvised music as a part of Las Kalugas quartet. For getting basic drone sound supporting improvisation, he often used vintage russian analog systems.
