Vitality Ritual is an experimental improvised music group from Olympia, WA, formed by N.Excelsia, with primary collaborative partners Emily Bruno, and Jeff Shannon, in 2024. Their music draws upon a number of influences from black metal, death metal, grindcore, math metal, and free jazz improvisation, with those influences varying in intensity from record and arrangement. As an unstructured collaborative project, Vitality Ritual also cycles musicians in and out
