Victor could be one of five, or eight, artists: 1) Victor is a french singer-songwriter having a Stanley Brinks cover album: https://victorsingsbrinks.bandcamp.com/album/was-it-what-it-was-like-victor-sings-the-songs-of-stanley-brinks 2) Victor was the solo project of Rush guitarist, Alex Lifeson. It featured I Mother Earth vocalist Edwin on several of the tracks, including the lead single, Promise. 3) Victor is a spanish singer who came out from the spanish version of "star search". His first CD is "Rock and Swing", a mixture of styles.
