About Vertigo Quintet
Vertigo is one of the most original groups to come from Prague in the last 15 years. It emerged from jazz but thanks to constantly leaping musical boundaries Vertigo created a sound of its’ own. Vertigo is best characterized by creativity, total improvisation, but also sophisticated compositions that often reach into contemporary classical music. Vertigo, formerly known as Vertigo Quintet has now become a sextet by including a former guest Dorota Barová on cello, voice and electronics.
