About Veal
[1] Veal is an indie rock band from Canada with country music influences. They formed in Canada in the mid 1990s and are now based in Toronto. Veal's front man Luke Doucet was named Musician of the Year at the 2001 West Coast Music Awards. Luke has been touring steadily since the release of his debut solo album, Aloha, Manitoba, which earned him critical and commercial popularity in Canada, the US, and the UK. The band also included bassist Nik Kozub (now of Shout Out Out Out Out) and drummer Chang.
