About Trio Oriental
Trío Oriental, are considered among the best proponents of the music of Eastern Bolivia (the "Oriente"), and whose artistry has extended beyond those borders. Three young men with a natural inclination for singing, who long before had begun as members of other informal groups, which allowed them to gain musical experience and maturity. It was around 1966 in San Borja, a town in the Bolivian department of Beni, that they decided to form a vocal-instrumental trio: the accordion mastery and third voice of Hugo Daza
