About Trio Bulgarka
Trio Bulgarka (Трио Българка, also known as “Three Golden Coins”, previously known as “Bulgarka Folk Trio”) was a Bulgarian vocal ensemble active from 1975 to 1999. The trio comprised of Stoyanka Boneva (Стоянка Бонева) from Pirin, Yanka Rupkina (Янка Рупкина) from Strandja and Eva Georgieva (Ева Георгиева) from Dobroudja. Their diversity of regional backgrounds enabled them to create a unique sound to their music.
