About Tony Evans
In the 1970's UK based band leader Tony Evans & his Orchestra regularly backed Tom Jones, Englebert Humperdink and Gilbert O’Sullivan on their UK and European Tours. In addition to radio & television appearances Tony Evans led the Premier Orchestra at the Hammersmith Palais in London UK from 1979 to 1983. Tony's band was the last European Orchestra to accompany Frank Sinatra in concert in Monaco and he also backed numerous artistes throughout Europe
