Sammie van Cleef, better known as Tommy The Cat, is a Dutch jungle and drum & bass producer, DJ, and label owner whose explosive productions and dynamic performances have made him a cornerstone of the global jungle resurgence. Operating since the mid-1990s, Tommy discovered the vibrant sounds of breakbeat, jungle, and drum & bass during the genre’s formative years. Under aliases like Sam-C and now Tommy The Cat, he began DJing and organizing events within the Netherlands’ free party scene
