About Tölzer Knabenchor
The Tölzer Knabenchor (the Tölz Boys' Choir) was founded in 1956 in Bad Tölz, Bavaria, Germany. Since 1970, the choir has maintained two separate studios, in Bad Tölz and in Munich-Solln. Boys accepted to the choir are trained rigorously in the German classical tradition. The Knabenchor's repertoire features baroque oratorios and other performances of early music, many of which have been preserved in high-quality recordings. Among these are the Kleine Geistliche Konzerte (Little Sacred Concertos) of Heinrich Schütz
