About Thundercrack
A greasy slab of ugly guitar noise driven by the manic hollering and irony-based swagger of the individual members, Thundercrack deliver the goods like vintage Pussy Galore used to back in the late 80's. Unafraid to be abrasive and cocky in both attitude and sound, the band emerged in 1998 with the fun and ramshackle Own Shit Home. Produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered by the band, they didn't exactly light up the indie scene and despite a roaring stage presence they didn't manage to record another album until 2002.
