About Thore Skogman
Born in Hallstahammar, Sweden in 1931, left us sunday 9th of december 2007. Thore had his musical breakthrough in the early sixties with a legendary performance of his song "Dra ända in i Hälsingland" in the TV-show "Hylands Hörna". Some of Thore's songs have been translated to hundreads of languages and performed on all continents of the world. Thore was one of the most loved and popular artists of Sweden, though sometimes ridiculed for his banality, but with an incessant positivity about him.
